Q: What got you into refereeing?
A: Because of my love of the game and just wanting to help as when I played we missed out of having Referees for most games. Also too many injuries stopped me playing.
Q: What do you enjoy most about refereeing?
A: The referee family you make and just giving back to a sport I've always loved.
Q: What’s one law you wish more players understood?
A: The high tackle law

Years Refereeing: 10 years total. 7 referee and going into 3 year coaching refs
Fun Fact: I'm currently president at Lincoln bowling club and love all sorts of sports coaching teams and manager and selectors for Canterbury Country Bowls rep teams.
